PNR refreshing has not been working for the for the past few days. Could somebody shed more light on this?

Today when I refreshed, "the status was not available".
When I checked the TT page of 12693, for availability, it shows WL2. (of course in Chrome)
But in official IR site, it is RAC 7.
My question is from where the availability status is updated? It should be "status not available" if the official server is not responding or RAC 7...
