Absolutely. But you might have noticed the "XX" before the code "TOKB". Once I asked one Atlas Monitor about this, and came to know that "XX" or "YY" stand for imaginary locations, they don't exist in reality. They are plotted in the atlas in order to guide the routes. Nothing to do with reality. Here also, this cabin is an imaginary cabin, and as you correctly pointed out, it doesn't really exist.
