Does ID proof required for all passenger incase of ticket booked for irctc ?? I am under impression that any one passenger (mostly first passenger) ID proof is enough ? Please suggest the correct rule.

TC has informed my wife that Rule has been changed and we have produce ID proof of all the passenger. He was arguing for more than 20 minuts. Its on 29th May 13202 AB1 TC. 2A ticket. He warned her that this time I am helping you by not charging any fine. but next time when ever you travel should have id proof of all the passenger where ticket booked by irctc.
Where can we complain about this? Does @RailminIndia twitter handler works. I questioned on this handler that "does id proof of all passenger is required ?" but no reply. This is again like another govt. sector. where citizen never...
