CR and ECR....seems like either these will be going as Reserve coaches for kushinagar express CR & Sampoornkranti ECR...Or else if HA1 is present then , feels like Vaishali or Saptkranti have chances for a Surprise rake change over.....Fingers crossed.
All LHB are going towards UP & bihar......
Don't know when South East Railway SER zone will get its FIRST LHB Rake train.....pity...and shame for Railway Board..
