My ticket status is WL9&10. Its in 3AC on 13-jan-2010. Will my ticket confirmed.

the reason i can see is your quota is PQWL. So it seems tough. As PQWL is not GN wait list. Can you tell me when did you made booking.
I booked this ticket on 19-10-2009. But now it is on WL and there is no RAC in 3AC isnt it?.
Then what is the final answer. Will it get confirmed, Any chances?.
Final answer is in hands of God dear. But chances are less as u can see oct booking has just moved to 4 places. Why not to be prepared for alternative arrangements at right time?
