official hi hai ye. CRS ne okay kar diya haia and report rly board ko submit kar dia hai.. ab railway board aur zone/division ispe kaam karegi ,timetable banaygi and train shuru karwaegi.
good news, guess they can start passengers service soon then... express may take time
