POOR Cleanliness from my Personal Experience.
This Train when was brought onto Pf at LTT , it was "Somehow" Clean.
"Somehow" Means just sweeping on floors and jet sprayed at Toilets.
But by the train reached BSL , Toilets were choked up with gutka wrappers and stained with Red Spitting.
The

Wash basin was also stained in Red color spitting.
Coach floors near door were water slippery and Near berths it was full of all kind of garbage. Be it food left overs or any plastic covers or whatever not. You call it and you will find it on floors.
Very Very Pathetic and dirty mentality people were onboard.
I had to suffer the next morning as when i went to relieve myself , i found that People after using the Lavatory were not even flushing or spraying water.
I had to go all the way to AC coaches for relieving myself.
The biggest problem was In these coaches , there was given a Contact Number for a Onboard Cleaning facility but sadly that also didn't worked.
Had to travel in this dirty environment all the way from Mumbai to Lucknow. I don't know whether it was on tat special day only or its the same condition all days,
but just a suggestion ,
Please Never ever board this Train in Sleeper class. Take LTT LJN triweekly instead or From GKP take 11081/11079. These weeklies are Far more safer and cleaner than these Daily trains.

The onboard cleaning facility is an exclusively NER only service. Usually they work but exceptions may occur. TAT is a major factor why the train may not go to the yard. For LTT-LKO, the Pushpak Exp is much cleaner than all these trains.

Pushpak exp is Maintained BRILLIANTLY EXCEPTIONALLY at both LJN and CSTM , but its main problem is People's mentality and crowd.
When in a coach of 72 passengers (Max 80 adding up the RAC) , around 100-105 people travel daily , many sitting near doors or near vestibules , then we can't complain Railways for uncleanliness.
But this kind of heavy crowd is never felt by me in LTT LJN Triweekly SF , may be due to Less halts and non-daily factors plays a role here with it.

Its mainly because it departs late from LKO[after Pushpak and Avadh exp], so most of the general traffic is spared. Also, Pushpak is the flagship train of this train and is seen as the defacto default option. In fact, many of the passengers may not even be aware of the Lucknow Exp[LTT-LKO]. Also, Pushpak's morning arrival at Lucknow also helps the fact.

Don't know about others, but i personally feel that the Timings of LTT LJN SF is brilliant with late afternoon departure and arriving Lucknow at perfect afternoon time. Whereas Pushpak leaves Early Morning time and then reaches morning time.
But in return direction , Pushpak have Perfect timings whereas Triweekly SF have worst arrival timings at LTT i.e Late Night.
