there are 12 pfs and the main enterance is from kalupur, the broadguage side with all windows.

Lucknow is confusing in that regard. The official name only states Lucknow[for Lucknow NR/Charbagh] and Lucknow Jn[NER, Chhoti Line]. I also have met a lot of people getting confused among the two stations.
A better way is to use only the official names in the station name and any local names can be accomodated in the Station tips sections. This will remove any confusion while still helping the potential travellers.
