Can you people list down the worst trains currently running on the Indian Railways network. Worst in terms of : running schedule, cleanliness etc.

It amuses me to hear that a train is 24 hours late....
A gimmick by the IR for sure, perhaps they felt that it would be better than saying that IT WAS CANCELLED FOR THE DAY !!
