Which is the best railway zone(you consider) in INDIA in which train has good maintenance and runs with least delay....???

I'm from SER, but to be unbiased, I must say SER is a pathetic zone in maintenance or train upkeep (SER's primary focus is over freights) & I'd such proofs, just see this : /blog/post/1414863
