This one does. Though it is rare, it mainly caters to the railway workers working in the Matunga workshop.
Bro it should be a fast local because M-indicator mentions the same.
No Suburban EMU train ever skips Dadar on either of the railways. CR or WR
M-Indicator uses the DB available on this site only. so a bug can be there. also refer offical Time Table link attached....it mentions this local as a slow one....so no chance of it skipping any station
