unless lhb rake arrives and a proper notification regarding running of Vikramshila with lhb is there we all should pay little heed to such news and at the same time i don't think its wise to blame newspaper yes this is true they get overboarded and write things in newspaper that is beyond their purview but at the end they are also sometime ditched by railway officials being given some piece of news that later on tirns out to be a hoax, however they do have a business to run publish customised edition for each and every major cities of Bihar so how would we expect them to fill a 16 page newspaper without adding spices/masala news/hoax to their newspaper which would otherwise be really hard as major cities don't have that amount of news to print that would completely fill their 16 page daily.
