Goghat-Kamarpukur construction is going on. but kamarpukur-jayrambati-maynapur construction is in hanging garden. if eastern railway do it fast then this route is too good for passengers of purulia, bankura, hoogly district and also opens a alternative route for long route express train from Howrah passing through this route via adra-purulia connecting all over the India.
