Dear members, I am traveling to Murdeswar this Sunday. I shall be arriving by KCVL-BKN Exp & return by Poorna Exp on the same day. Now my questions are:
1. Which language is used there by hotel wala/ auto wala?
2. 2 Kms from station to sea beach. Auto/ Rikshaw which is available?
3. Which hotel is better within Rs. 1000?

What about traveling a to Jog Fall? It will take 4-5 hrs both way. On the way, one can see Honavar rail bridge. Is it visible from road bridge?
yeah i think to an extent. Distance is bit far from road bridge to rail bridge...
Visible to a level. Jog is must visit place in Monsoon, Take Murdershwar = Honnavar = Jog Route ( Approx. 70Km).
So, ticket is confirmed. Tomorrow, Murdeswar to Honavar to Jog Falls to Murdeswar. Hope rain will cooperate me.
