Bro it is surely an offlink and even sometimes 22651 palani murugan Express which has least priority is MAS to SA line gets a P7 but 16860 rarely doesn't comes with tiffin boxes(WDP-4D) and it is a WDM-3D from MLDT so we are not under rating any offlink all are a great offlink only but this offlink is something which doesn't even happens so please understand
