22915 khali gayi because in Morning WR & NWR Both Released A Official Notification Of Cancellation, But Near To Evening 17.00Pm Rescheduling Ka News Aayga.. Till that time many passengers may have cancelled there tickets..!!
Yes I also remember there was cancellation notice then why WR ran this train ?
