I guess you're suggesting this so that Gorakhpur gets a Rajdhani. Sir, there have been discussions on the same earlier as well. Although i understand rush from Patna towards Delhi, but a Rajdhani is not needed. Patna already has a dedicated Rajdhani and a superfast train which acts like a Duronto (SK). Passing Rajdhanis like GHY Raj and HWH Raj have a quota for PNBE. And then there are many trains like Magadh, Shramjeevi, VS, Poorva, BP Mail, NE, Seemanchal and many more for Delhi. Also PPTA lacks infrastructure to be eligible for a station which hosts a Rajdhani termination. So Patna is really out of equation. So far GKP is concerned, it is expected to get a dedicated Humsafar and any Northeastern state bound Rajdhani in near future.
