it is cleared for 120, which means its booked speed is 115 Kmph, as posted by Mishra Sir.
there were the usual PF scraping issues initially, but later modifications were made in problematic areas, permitting higher speed operations.
however, unlike its Sister Adi shat it doesn't do 130.
