Does every Zone deserve at-least one LHB train?

Don't know about Kota but Jabalpur and Bhopal do have.
Agar JBP-AII express ko mil jaye to bhi thik rahega .isse JBP,KOTA cover ho jayenge aur BPL Div ke bhi kuchh stations aa jayenge.

As I said it depend up on how many rakes they get, if they get only one rake, then it may be MPSK as for 22181/82 at least two rakes required.
