Shocking that now WCR dont have even single lhb coach and ncr has only 1 lhb train ie kanpur shatabdi and these two zones are the zones with fastest tracks of the country.

Few NCR coaches were spotted at ICF. Also many LHB coaches are running away from their home zones as they may be running with specials. If WCR is the question wShan-E-Bhopal and MPSK I feel are strong contenders.
