As the arrival time of 12741 at PNBE is 12:10, 12402 enjoyed the precedence in DNR division today :D
NTES shows 12402 arrived IPR at 14:10, delayed by 15 minutes only.
Which is a WRONG / FAKE update, to show punctual arrival at IPR. See the update time i.e.14:34.
Also the passenger train which is schedule to depart IPR at 14:05, started at 14:35.
If 12402 had arrived IPR at 14:10, 53207 could have started at 14:15.
