I attended the function. Most of the announcements/speech almost repeated. However he said rail factory near Yadgir may see the light of the day by October 2016 and WADI-GTL RE may be over in next few months. R.V.Deshpande pleaded for opening GR division

No body asked about it and there was no press meet after the function.In fact i requested few press persons who were there. But there was press meet after the function as RM left immediately. This is the 3rd time i am seeing that he is not meeting Press in Bengaluru
