Not exactly. Only CBE-CAN Passenger is running with ELoco till CAN. Other trains from CAN like executive, intercity, SRR passengers, JS are still running with diesel.
Reason given by railway is sub station, as of now entire section is powered from CS and SRR. If more trains are allotted, load will be very high, leading to failure of supply.
Once few more sub stations are ready, more trains to and from CAN will be given elocos..
