19577 Tiruneveli Hapa Exp is very badly maintained. Travelled on it on 02Aug16. Coaches are very old and not maintained by WR. Toilets doors not not lock properly,some doors locks are missing, the taps are broken, water leaks and soon the coach is without water. Inside toilets water accumulates all over the floor, stinks badly.
The same is condition of s3, s4, s5 and s6 coaches.
The train has ample time for maintenance as it does not have RSA. Long distance train but does not have pantry.

Correct. One of the most dirtiest health hazard trains (including 2A coach) of WR. Washrooms stink of urine, never cleaned all the way.

Yes absolutely , even this train has good patronage there is no maintenance, once i travelled in SL from TEN to UD, once the train start it has water in toilets, before it reach NCT there was no water. upto MAJN that was the situation. stinky smell , windows lock were never work... atleast we need to bring this attention to the Railway Minister Mr.Prabhu
