I have a solution that might sound weird but may be possible. Bgp GR can run triweekly provided it runs 2 days upto BGP and 1day upto Pnbe only. Say on Monday and Friday upto BGP and upto Pnbe on Wednesday. 22406 on wednesday if late say by 2 to 3 hours run upto Pnbe would allow it depart ontime as 22405 on thursay, and 22406 on friday will be timely conditions apply.plus Sunday buffer will allow time to coverup delay.
Bt its railway ..i dont think our suggestion will be implemented ..
I don't think seemanchal has the record delay of 89 hrs but i am confirmed about delay of Mahananda exp by 72 hrs.
I think Seemanchal's maximum delay record is 41hrs.
on certain routes trains schedules are very bad like anvt ones + many between cnb-mgs ., even cnb-anvt also a problem route ., these routes need 4th track
