The WDM2 locos are depleting from the mainline service due to overage, so it is become rare to spot WDM2 locos in mainline duty. NGC shed is replacing almost all its WDM2 links by WDM3A and WDM3D locos, so probably this is the last capture of WDM2 in mainline duty at that location (Tetelia, Assam).
