I think Railway has come to understand that public in general is not going to accept any theorem like NCR ECR congestion and the way low cost carriers has started giving huge discounts it won't take much time for public to shift from trains to Airlines up Kalka Mail which had a drastic record of punctuality and used to reach Delhi post midnight has reached less than 30 minutes delayed in past couple of days similarly down Kalka Mail also seems to improve it's running history and reaching Howrah maximum 1 hour late
