There is a popular hilltop park in Vizag called Kailsagiri. This is a toy train service that runs around the hill. ( If i m not mistaken).

The track visible in the pic is for toy train ride on Kailasagiri hill. The train takes a circular tour at the hill top. The compartments of the toy train are fitted with transparent glass at the top ( roof ) and at side.
