Why the TTE do not take any aaction against passengers with secons clas tickets entering the reserved coaches

nO bribe..just they say we wl get down and again some more enter in next station

once i was in the same train SLeeper to MAQ and one lady with a child ( 6-7 months old) and i was in lower.. she got in from ERS. She asked me if she could lie the baby near me.. as she was having a gen ticket.. then i agreed.. Latter i found she was sitting near my leg as i had folded my leg for 5 mins.. when the train reached thrissur i found the bay floor one couple hugging each other and sleeping in that small area.....
Even i have seen this type of incidents in Kerala as they issue unreserved sleeper tickets there. Though people with general ticket enter the reserved coaches, TTE wont object as they tell that they will get down in next station and that will never happen. Adding to this, including Rajdhani, trains travelling in Kerala stops in all small stations also which makes the genuine passenger getting disturbed. I have seen cases where people board the train when it gives a technical stop though its not an official halt.
