2011 se ab tak 5 saal me raxaul narkatiaganj 40km ka gc nahi ker paya ECR wale..

if i am not wrong target for completion of raxaul narkatiaganj GC was March this year. we are into september now. lets see if they are able to finish by March 2017 also or not.
