Merging of Railway Budget with the General Budget is a dis-aster. The focus on Railways will get lost. Railways will become like one more government department. You will never hear about Railway's finances after that? Does anyone notice what happened to Post office and their finances. Railways will become like another black-hole like Post offices. Suresh Prabhu is planning to kill Railways with this. We will become like Pakistan in Railways. Slowly Railway will die.
