So dutyful ac staffs. After departure of train from Dee on last Saturday, I noticed only 11 & 12 no berths are having non functional reading lamp. I requested tte & coach attendant. They immediately start working. Till 23.30 they were unable to make it proper. With my permission they left & in next morning, after departure from Ganganagar, they start working & made it proper. Hats off to them.
