One more thing if that pnr is in WL before chart preparation then stamping buttons are not visible. Then no chance for stamping it as wl. If that ticket is cancelled before chart preparation then those buttons visible. And we can stamp it as VOID.

Yes thats the case.
After we stamp a PNR based on the visible status; the final status is now visible which is Cancelled and thats why we need to stamp as Void.
This case holds true for all Tickets which starts from WL, moves into RAC and then moves into CNFMD and then gets Cancelled before Chart preparation.

Bro main thing u r forgetting Stamping buttons are not visible unless either it is confirmed or cancelled. If it is in Wl or Rac stamping button's are not visible. Then how can u stamp it first Wl or Rac. If Mr. Basu din't stamp on that day may be then after somebody like me re freshened that pnr. And the result will be Void pnr. We predicted here for cnf not for cancellation. Otherwise a new button should be introduced to predict whether the passenger hold his ticket till Doj or Cancel's b'fore Doj.
