Welcome move, especially the reserved train to KGP. Special fare train on a route which does not have a single regular connectivity is a compulsion for the poor people to compulsorily pay very high fare and acts as a dampener.
It is surprising that even after about 2 decades of operation of Konkan Railway, it is not having a regular & directly connectivity with almost 80% section of Mumbai-NGP-HWH which is one of the premier rail routes of IR. Populace in crores residing in the huge geographical tract in the region comprising from Bhusawal/ Akola/ Badnera(Amravati)/ Wardha/ Nagpur/ Gondia/ Durg/ Raipur/ Bilaspur/ Rourkela/ TataNagar/ KGP to Kolkata & adjoining area still have to change trains to enjoy the beautiful & hitherto...
