Why does this train stop at Dharmavaram and Balharshah for technical purpose. What technical requirements does these stations fulfill ??? In fact all the Rajdhanis are stopping at Balharshah, why ?? Isn't Nagpur capable of fulfilling the technical requirements ?

It doesn't have crew change in Nagpur ? Then why does it have a technical halt at Nagpur ?
