That cannot be predicted now itself.It depends on many factors like weather, line clearence, etc.Sometimes derailed goods trains and failed locomotives also cause delays.
yes it normally reaches before tym...once when i was travelling in it we reached okhla @ 5.45 AM so i got down at okhla & saved my one hour.
