It was just a show of POOR controlling by DNR division.
And railway officer like him is just trying to defend the mistake done by operations team staff.

That's what I can do as a consumer against a public sector that is monopolising things.
Leave the controllers of Dnr division alone...in all probability there are no controllers there..I asked numerous times why on time trains with extreme slack were allowed to overtake trains (even SF which were merely less than an hour late) but all in vain...u will see trains with extreme slack overtaking high speed late trains...whatever u do u cannot delay trains like maurya which has 4-5hours slack but still dnr/hjp div gives it extreme preference... dnr div is a failed div so i think there is no point arguing with the drm
