It was just a show of POOR controlling by DNR division.
And railway officer like him is just trying to defend the mistake done by operations team staff.

Mr. Suresh P. Prabhu should implement basic infrastructure of railways, speed of trains and passenger securities. Illogical dreams about hi - fi trains will fail in a long run.
