It was just a show of POOR controlling by DNR division.
And railway officer like him is just trying to defend the mistake done by operations team staff.

Many works are in line of political interests to gain media attention. For punctuality of HWH-NDLS Duronto I have tweeted, filled grievance on pg portal and even written an email. All of them have been ignored for last 1year. What is a passenger supposed to do?
The officials under Mr Prabhu like DRM ECR or NCR are the big culprits. The railways is not gonna develop in next 10 years. 2020 is just a joke! Jyada se jyada Rajdhani 150 kar denge and SG, Kaifiat, HWH-ANVT ko 130 bana denge! Common man will still suffer like this case of Magadh!
