ya, tickets can be transferred between relatives having blood relationship. You should visit your nearest Railway Station with proper documents which can validate your relationship, 24 hours prior to the departure of the train.
as far as i know, confirmed tickets can be transferred to blood-relatives. not sure of lower berth quota. Experts please give suggestions.
