It looks like Sanghmitra wont go all the way to ALD now. Trying to find tickets in February and it is showing till COI only and also not on all week days.
is it permanent? Guess its going to hit hard the travelers. No direct train to major cities of UP. Also COI is an isolated and unsafe area, so many female travelers travel to ALD and it reached after midnight

Considering the fact that Sangha gets heavily delayed @ALD.......It is a good move to divert it via COI...
