Dasara effect even buses are full with fares of rs 1200-1500. Today spicejet 1945 dep rs 18000 and for tomorrow the fares are above rs 9000.Even on Sunday the demand is heavy. There are marriage and home warming muhurtas also in next 2 weeks till diwali.
Even after Telanaga seperation this route not effected. EVen Garibrath also running full.
Lets not forget there are more than 50 buses and 8 direct flights also there in this route.

Demand has come down as floating public decreased to Hyd from different parts of AP. Waiting list are not that much which used to before 2 years and is clearly visible in bus bookings as fares have come down to rs 700-800 on weekdays from both sides. U can see drop of fares on the day of journey from next week tuesday.
Thats not due to that cause...Now a many trains showing more current booking availability due to fare increase. You can check Chennai, Banglore also.
I think the demand unchanged , infact increased. Direct flights also increased from 4 to 8 , from jan 17 Its going to be 9 direct flights a day.
