Travelling in A1 coach. The worst coach attendant we have ever faced. Rude and harassing. Involved in heated arguments with multiple passengers. Provided us with pillows after lodging complains. Did not change used blankets. No towels provided. Threatened us after we lodged a complain. TTE from KQN upto MS didn't listen to our problem, asked us to wait indefinitely. Couldnt get to know the attendant's name. The train is brilliant in terms of schedule but disastrous in terms of quality staff and basic services.
