No train bound to SUR will get any Eloco, this is for North and MMR bound trains only...
But I think, If Railway comes up with ELS at DD, much load at Pune will be reduced, all Pune-kalyan - ADI bound trains can change there link at DD itself, and CR should also segregate staff between PA and DD... it will really decongest Pune Jn
