Sure. Go to any train page and look for the coach composition. You will find a triangle at the extreme left side of the CC. That triangle stands for the locomotive. There are 3 different colors, in which that traingle comes, (a) fully red, (b) fully green (with a small panto as well) and (c) half red and half green.

If the trains gets diesel loco end to end, the color is fully red. It's fully green for a train getting electric loco end to end, and it's the last one...

This gentleman has a valid point. He wants to say that even after the loco modification, the color hasn't changed. That's means, even now a train, getting end to end electric loco, still has a fully red or half red - half green loco color here. Question is, how to change or modify that?
