So after diversion two high slacks will be available COI- STA and WL-BZA. So if Sangha departs late, then also it will reach SBC on time.
Exactly, COI STA slack is very much needed one , many times even after departing from PPTA after 10 it has reached SBC on time , so a 1 hour rescheduling will not bother much ..
From the regular runs of 12296 it generally follows the rescheduling patterns like this ,
Monday Tuesday Thursday & Saturday : if 12295 arrives PPTA by 10 am thn 12296 gets rescheduled by 30 to 45 min.

Yes it will happen as u can see if 12150 departs an hour late than also it reaches STA bang on time.
12150/12149 PPTA-PUNE-PPTA is pure Superfast still it's rating is average in terms of punctuality 12149 is better than 12565 and 12150 is better than 12566 considering punctuality still many have rated poor.
That rating is overall rating which comprises of its previous run, when it was running via ald.
