They couldn't send it back to PNBE or RJPB when this was origination/terminating from PNBE the punctuality was good now daily rescheduling of 12296 punctuality has been downgraded, zone/division is not serious on this issue they will keep rescheduling, some one told about double line that is not possible till few year later also DNR-PPTA line is single upto few kms then another line comes from PNBE-PWS route connecting Patna and merged with same going towards PPTA.
