No issue at all. A lot of people board from SC only although ticket is from HYB. Some TTEs will check tickets at HYB but even then they will wait till SC for final verification.
Actual boarding point is HYB... but i have booked RR at SC.. tats y asking.. :)
You can board from secundrabad TTE will come after SC ,and bought a pf ticket at SC so that u will not face any inconvenience.
