Is it mean that coaches are send to their respective zones ..or just send that coaches to NR for same day both side service with LHB ?

i didnt had a conversation with him about how many coaches where there...but seeing photos it seems a complete rake of train has been transported..can be the reasn that power opeartor is now being arranged by DLI Div till LKO NR manages it on own...DLI DIV will regulate it..can be this cause
