atleast one SF shud get an LHB rake and more likely MPSK shud be the top priority as modern coaches are planned to be given to MPSK but becoz of politics being given to BSB-Delhi train so atleast IR/WCR shud give LHB rake to MPSK as it was the fav. train b/w jbp-NZM
atleast MPSK shud get an LHB rake now as many SF/Exp trains of different zones are getting LHB rakes and even if they are a daily train or weekly/bi/triweeklies so why shud MPSK is ignored till now and wen IR/WCR will allot an LHB rake to this famous train
